Delivery: West Midlands; free within 15 miles (fee beyond confirmed 3 working days prior by noon)
Staff: £19.00/hour (5-hour minimum)
Quotes: Detailed, transparent, no hidden fees
Venue Requirements: Access times, parking/unloading, electrical outlet & water source (as needed)
Option 1: Delivery Only (“Drop & Go”)
Includes: Delivery in insulated, ready-to-serve disposable packaging
You Handle: Table provision, guest service, cleanup
Venue Needs: Designated unloading zone
Option 2: Self-Service Buffet (Most Popular)
Includes: Delivery, full setup & styling, all equipment (hot cupboards, lighted hot plates, chafing dishes, stands), serving utensils, crockery, cutlery, signage with dietary icons (V, Vg, GF, etc.)
You Handle: Guest service & clearing (guide provided)
Venue Needs: 6-ft table(s), electrical outlet within 15 feet
Option 3: Full-Service Experience
Includes: Everything in Option 2 + staff to manage buffet, serve, maintain presentation, clear items, plus full breakdown & cleanup
