Venue assessment.
Especially office towers and city-centre venues. Before we confirm any corporate booking, a site visit or a full assessment of the venue details is required.
This is non-negotiable. Not because we’re being difficult, but because we need to know exactly what we’re working with.
- Access and parkingWhere can our van park? Is there loading bay access? Are there restrictions or costs we need to know about?
- Service time windowsWhen can we arrive? When must we be fully set up? When must we leave? Some venues only allow a very short window. We need to know this before we book.
- Building rulesHealth and safety policies, fire regulations, noise limits, waste disposal, and what the building management requires from us.
- Setup daysCan we set up the day before, or does everything need to happen on the morning of your event? This changes how we work and what we can deliver.
Honest from the start: if the time window is too tight or access is severely restricted, we will be honest with you up front about what can realistically be achieved and which service options will work best. No one benefits from us rushing or cutting corners because a venue wouldn’t let us in early.
